Do you take insurance?

No, I do not accept insurance.  Payment is due at time of service.  If you have out of network mental health benefits, I can provide you with a receipt to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.  It will be your responsibility to verify your benefits.

Forms of Payment

All credit, debit, or HSA cards are accepted.  My company name, Living Deliberate, will show up on your credit card statement.   If paying in cash please have correct amount.  Any checks can be written out to Celeste Benesch, LPC or Living Deliberate.
