With over 10 years of experience, I take a holistic, mind-body approach that goes beyond traditional talk therapy. I specialize in helping women and couples regulate their nervous systems, heal from trauma, and build deeper, more fulfilling relationships. Using a combination of EMDR, DBT, somatic therapy, and embodiment practices, I guide my clients toward emotional balance, self-compassion, and lasting transformation.

Life is a journey that often presents unique challenges for each of us. My primary goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental and validating space for people to explore possibilities and heal from painful experiences. I enjoy supporting others through their struggles and I endeavor to help you take back control of your life.

My approach to therapy comes from my life experiences as well as my educational background and training. I have been through life’s struggles and have embarked on the journey of doing the work myself. I understand how difficult it can be to navigate the difficulties that you are facing, and want to be here to support you, validate you, and empower you to find peace and healing.

We will explore various healing modalities tailored to your individual journey. I have training and experience working with those struggling with a wide variety of challenges and struggles. I believe that you are the expert of your story, and that treating each individual is unique and special because your journey is uniquely yours.

As we share this journey together in a collaborative partnership, we will utilize many effective tools to help you develop resilience, improve your life and relationships, and give you back the sense of well being you’ve been searching for.

With extensive training and experience, I work with individuals facing a wide array of challenges. I utilize various therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mind Body Medicine (MBM) to empower others to heal and thrive.
